WHY VIVATEL
The ballroom won us over.
We chose Vivatel for a meaningful upgrade to the MY Swing experience: a larger, renovated ballroom with a higher ceiling, improved ventilation and air conditioning. More room to move, and a more comfortable setting for a full weekend of dance.

The Grand Ballroom’s pillar-free design opens up the room, with clear sightlines and more flexibility for our dance-floor layout.
Room above you.
The high ceiling gives the ballroom an open, spacious feel, from the first workshop to the last song.
Comfort that matters.
Improved cooling and ventilation were a key part of our choice. The room should support your dancing throughout the weekend.

We’re taking the full event space at Vivatel for MY Swing, bringing the ballroom, meeting rooms and foyers into the weekend. That gives us more flexibility to connect the learning, the dancing and the time in between.
The final dance-floor layout, room allocations and wayfinding details will be shared with the programme.
ROOM TO PAUSE
We’re planning the spaces between sessions with places to sit, catch up and take a breather. Comfortable seating, water access and clear routes between rooms are part of that planning.

STAY AT VIVATEL
Your room, close to the dance floor.
A shower between sessions. A change of clothes before the social. Your bed nearby when you finally call it a night. Staying at the event hotel makes it easier to find your own pace.

From the airport
We recommend Grab for a direct ride to the hotel. Install the app before travelling and set your destination to “Vivatel Kuala Lumpur”.
Check your arrival terminal and pickup point, choose a vehicle with enough space for your group and luggage, then follow the directions in the app. Check the fare before booking and allow extra time for traffic.
Coming by train?
Miharja LRT station connects to Viva Mall by a covered pedestrian bridge. It’s a useful option for getting here during the day.
Check the current service times for your journey. For late-night socials, plan your return separately.
Driving here?
On-site parking is available at Vivatel and Viva Mall.
Event parking rates and validation details will be confirmed. We’ll publish the applicable arrangements for hotel guests and visiting dancers once checked with the hotel.

Vivatel has on-site dining and sits alongside Viva Mall. Opening hours vary, so plan a meal break before the late-night dancing begins.
We’ll add our nearby food picks and practical supper tips closer to the event.
Time to reset
The hotel lists an outdoor pool, gym, Wi-Fi and luggage storage. Check access, hours and what’s included with your room booking.
Pack a refillable water bottle and a light layer for air-conditioned rooms. Give yourself breaks between sessions and socials.
